Your AccountYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.When you open an account and not use it for more then 30 days the account will be closed / deleted. You are always welcome to create a new account. Using Our ServiceThird party software (for example the database) used by the app is made available to you under the relevant third party software terms and conditions.Your data are stored in a private cloud (server) and backed up by the data center every day and can be restored in case of hardware malfunction. Database structure (schema) is an intellectual property of the Licensor. Electronic CommunicationsGymDude™ is simple and intuitive, however, some help can be provided using text messaging and emails.Any feedback provided by you to the Licensor in the form of ideas or suggestions are not confidential and you acknowledge that the feedback can be used by the Licensor without any restriction or payment to you. Internet AccessBest performance when connected to WI-FI networks and internet fees are your responsibility.WaiverYou acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Use Conditions and you are waiving any right to bring legal action to assert a claim against the Licensor for any reason.Changes to TermsLicensor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms of Use Conditions under which the app is offered.
